What is your turnaround time?
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within a window of 3-5 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order and we do not carry finished stock, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order please reach out using the contact form or by emailing partialpco@gmail.com.
Will you send me a proof before shipping my order?
In order to keep our processing time as short as possible and get orders out in a timely manner, we cannot provide proofs of each order.
Do you do custom orders?
We do some custom orders, but not all depending on our current workload. Keep in mind a design fee may apply.

Why is my engraving lighter or darker than what is pictured on your website?
Because wood is a natural product, engraving color will vary based on that particular wood's grain. All orders will be unique!
Why is there an imperfection on my finished product?
Our wood sheets are milled down from large pieces of lumber and may contain slight imperfections. Small knots, mineral streaks, varying wood grain, and slight roughness are common in natural wood.
